"The latest young pianist from China to excite classical music audiences and earn raves from critics is the 24-year-old Yuja Wang, a distinctive artist with a comprehensive technique."

Anthony Tommasini, New York Times

Yuja Wang is really a gifted young pianist with a bewildering pianistic technique, digital virtuosity, but also an impressive lyrical and passionate feeling. She is very good! A beautiful soul that will grow and mellow with time.

Yuja is an exclusive recording artist for Deutsch Gramophon. She debuted recording Sonates & Etudes in spring 2009 "suggesting a combination of blazing technique and a rare instinct for poetry" wrote Gramophone magazine.

She is on tour right now. Royal Albert Hall. August 16 and Oslo Konserthuset, September 8 2011.

I choose this video! Yuja performs Rachmaninov Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini (part 2)

With an exceptional stamina and unbelievable virtuosity, she is like a blow to the head. Listening to Yuja is a unique and fresh experience. What do you think?

"Impressive virtuosity and poise"
