It's the type of movie that's hard to resist whenever you see it running on basic cable, which has helped keep its appeal all these years later. So it's only fitting that the 38th anniversary of Back to the Future's release fans give the film the appreciation it deserves.

Directed by Robert Zemekis and written by him and his producing partner Bob Gale, Back To The Future tells the story of Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox), an average teenager from Hill Valley, California.

In those adolescent dreams he also finds a mentor in an eccentric scientist, Dr. Emmet Brown (Christopher Lloyd). The doctor’s latest creation is a time machine installed in a DeLorean automobile. And Marty accidentally travels in a time-traveling to November 4, 1955. The date Doc conceived of time travel, having the revelation of the flux capacitor.

Seven years ago. Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd reprise their iconic characters from "Back To The Future" for a very special appearance on a show...

Education : Science-fiction

As I wrote before, science-fiction gives the students the power of magic through science and literature

A narration let us know something. It tells us what happened. It tell us a story. Our students love hear or watch stories. And they love wonder and imagination.

It provides the necessary information to understand the educational benefits of digital resources and fictional worlds learning how to use them as educational and motivational resources.

Tempted by returning 38 years Back to the Future?

Just in time to celebrate the 38th Anniversary of one of the most beloved movie trilogies of all time.

Back to the Future III
Robert Zemeckis, 1955

The gamewas based on Back to the Future 3 and had the participation of the actor Christopher Lloyd. The game was an episodic adventure game that continued on from the classic films.

With Christopher Lloyd voicing Doc Brown and co-creator of the movies Bob Gale involved this certainly feels like real BTTF.

Back to the Future spun five episodes, with one episode released each month. The first one was free.

Now, there are different Back To The Future games, You can have a complete list on Wikipedia

(conversation from the game)*

Wow! It was another awesome gameuntil 2018 to include into school curriculum: Sciences and Literature.

The high-def. Back to the Future III in your lessons? Yes, games are a wonderful resource to include into different lessons.

Movies and video games offer to students a nice motivation push! Games are awesome resources to include into our curriculum.

  • Science fiction:

Levels: High-School; Secondary education; Vocational education.

Curricula : Science ; Literature, Arts (Multimedia).

Media:  Students can follow the news on Facebook or Twitter.

With the original film of the trilogy, a genuine classic - the third had its moments too - I've got high hopes for this one. Tempted by Back to the Future?

In Back to the Future, Mary McFly (Michael J. Fox) time travels 30 years into the past in Doc Brown’s (Christopher Lloyd) infamous DeLorean. If he had time travelled 30 years into the future, it would be June 3. But the date Marty jumps to and from in the movie is actually October 21.

 Back to the Future, 1985

Just in time to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of one of the most beloved movie trilogies of all time, Back to the Future: The Game, a Telltale Games Classic, is available* to download, or buy on-disc on Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 for the very first time! The game was discontinued on 2018.*

Six months after the events of Back to the Future Part III, the DeLorean Time Machine mysteriously returns to Hill Valley - driverless!

Now, Marty must go back to 1931 to recruit the help of a reluctant teenage Emmett Brown in order to save 1985’s Doc from certain death. Can they repair the rifts of the past without accidentally erasing the future?
