On the 31 October 2017, 64 new cities from 44 countries have been designated as UNESCO Creative Cities by Director-General, Irina Bokova.

Creative Cities Network highlights Music in Amarante, Crafts and Folk Art in Barcelos and Media Arts in Braga.
I am very proud of the to see three Portuguese cities included into UNESCO Creative Cities Network 2017.
